eCAMS Provider Portal System Notifications

  • (!!) The ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) eCAMS Provider Portal (ePP) closed Aug. 1, 2026. Please contact the IHSC Service Desk at (800) 479-0523 for claims assistance Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT.

  • (!!) Interim processing of medical claims for ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) by the VA Financial Service Center (VA-FSC) will end Sept. 11, 2026, at close of business for dates of service beginning Oct. 1, 2022 through Sept. 30, 2025.
  • Acentra Health, IHSC’s new third-party claims administrator, will process all dates of service on or after Oct. 1, 2025. Please visit: https://www.ice.gov/detain/ice-health-service-corps/ihs-managed-care
  • Electronic data interchange (EDI) submission acceptance to VA-FSC for claims processing will end Sept. 4, 2026. Acentra Health, IHSC’s new claim processing third-party administrator, will process claims submitted after this date. Please visit: https://www.ice.gov/detain/ice-health-service-corps/ihs-managed-care
  • Only electronic claims will be accepted for processing. IHSC, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the VA-FSC will not accept physical mail.
