eCAMS Provider Portal System Notifications

  • (!!) Please note, beginning 08/01/2026 the IHSC eCAMS Provider Portal (ePP) will no longer be available.

  • Estimated interim processing of medical claims for ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) by the VA Financial Service Center (VAFSC) is estimated to begin on 05/08/2026. The VAFSC has agreed to provide interim claim adjudication for dates of service beginning 10/01/2022 through 09/30/2025, only! All dates of service on or after 10/01/2025 will be processed with IHSC’s new third-party claims administrator once operational.
  • The VAFSC will only process medical claims for IHSC with a date of service (DOS) billed from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2025. Any claims submitted for processing with a DOS prior to 10/01/2022 or after 09/30/2025 (including claims that start in September 2025 and cross over into October 2025) will be denied or rejected by the clearinghouse.
  • Note: Only electronic claims will be accepted for processing. IHSC, CBP and the VAFSC will not accept physical mail.
  • The eCAMS Provider Portal generally performs System Maintenance Thursday evenings from 7:00 pm to 11:00 PM Central Standard Time. If you encounter issues during this time, please log out and try again later.
