eCAMS Provider Portal System Notifications

  • The eCAMS Provider Portal generally performs System Maintenance Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 11:00 PM Central Standard Time. If you encounter issues during this time, please log out and try again later.
  • Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Funding Notice: As of 04/04/2024, payments for claims with a date of service (DOS) of 10/01/2023 through Present Day will not be deposited until we receive additional FY 2024 funding. VA-FSC will continue processing claims in a timely manner but payments will be held until FY 2024 funding is received. Once payments are able to be released they will be sent out in the order in which they were received. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
  • Notice for Dental Providers: The 2024 ADA Dental Claim Form is now available, effective 01/01/2024. As of 04/01/2024, VA-FSC will not accept any version other than the 2024 ADA Claim Form. Additional information may be found on the ADA website at https://www.ada.org/publications/cdt/ada-dental-claim-form.
